Ingredients:
- 500 g spaghetti
- 500 g broccoli
- 150 g Pretexte spread
- 20 cl Pretexte culinary cream
Preparation:
- Cook the broccoli until “al dente” while the spaghetti is cooking.
- Crush the Pretexte spread and add it to the lightly heated Pretexte culinary cream. Stir until the spread melts. Season with pepper.
- Once the spaghetti is drained, add it to the broccoli and the creamy Pretexte mixture.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
