Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 leeks
- 20 cl thick Prétexte cooking cream
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Curry powder
Preparation:
- Wash the leeks and cut them into slices (use the white part and about 3 centimeters of the green part).
- Melt the leeks in a pan with oil, covered, to prevent them from browning (about 15 minutes).
- Add salt, pepper, and curry powder to taste towards the end of cooking.
- Then arrange the leeks in an oven-proof dish, cover them with the salmon fillets, season with pepper if desired, and cover the whole dish with thick Prétexte cooking cream.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 6-7 (180°C/190°C) for about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
