Tagliatelle with leek cream sauce

  • 500 g tagliatelle
  • 2 leeks
  • 150 g bacon bits
  • 200 grams liquid Prétexte Cooking cream
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Prétexte Spread


  1. Wash and slice the leeks into thin rounds.
  2. Melt them for about 15 minutes in a pan with a generous piece of butter (stir frequently).
  3. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Wait until the leeks are well melted and add the bacon bits, let them brown.
  5. Off the heat, add the cream and stir, season with pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Drain the tagliatelle, place it in a dish, and pour the leek sauce over it.
  7. Add a spoonful of spread to each plate.
  8. Serve immediately.
