Tagliatelle with leek cream sauce

Ingredients:
- 500 g tagliatelle
- 2 leeks
- 150 g bacon bits
- 200 grams liquid Prétexte Cooking cream
- Butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- 4 tablespoons Prétexte Spread
Preparation:
- Wash and slice the leeks into thin rounds.
- Melt them for about 15 minutes in a pan with a generous piece of butter (stir frequently).
- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
- Wait until the leeks are well melted and add the bacon bits, let them brown.
- Off the heat, add the cream and stir, season with pepper and salt to taste.
- Drain the tagliatelle, place it in a dish, and pour the leek sauce over it.
- Add a spoonful of spread to each plate.
- Serve immediately.
