Ingredients:

  • 150 g Pretexte culinary thickener
  • 150 g trout fillet
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Empty the jar of Pretexte culinary thickener into a bowl.
  2. Add the trout fillets.
  3. Crush the trout fillets with the Pretexte culinary thickener.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Mix again vigorously.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve on toast as an appetizer. You can optionally add some parsley for color.
  7. A guaranteed success as an appetizer!
