Trout Rillettes with Pretexte

Ingredients:
- 150 g Pretexte culinary thickener
- 150 g trout fillet
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Empty the jar of Pretexte culinary thickener into a bowl.
- Add the trout fillets.
- Crush the trout fillets with the Pretexte culinary thickener.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Mix again vigorously.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on toast as an appetizer. You can optionally add some parsley for color.
- A guaranteed success as an appetizer!
