Delivery

Delivery terms and conditions
- Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when placing an order on the Website. Delivery times are indicated when placing the order and are provided for informational purposes only. Flores Food strives to meet these deadlines as much as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to cases of force majeure.
- Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the geographical area of delivery. Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process and are payable by the customer.

Delivery method
- Deliveries in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg are made by transport providers selected by Flores Food (e.g., Bpost, DPD, etc.).
- The customer can choose from the delivery methods available when placing an order on the Website.

Delivery tracking
- After confirming the order, the customer receives an email confirmation containing the information needed to track the shipment.
- A tracking number is provided when the carrier allows it, so that the customer can track the delivery of their package in real time.
- In the event of a problem or lack of tracking, the customer can contact Flores Food customer service at the following address: oui@floresfood.bio

Transfer of ownership and risks
- Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer upon full payment of the price.
- However, the transfer of risks of loss or damage to the products takes effect upon delivery to the carrier. Flores Food cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay occurring after the products have been taken over by the carrier.
- In the event of delay or damage related to transport, it is the customer’s responsibility to make the necessary reservations directly with the carrier upon delivery, then to inform Flores Food as soon as possible so that we can assist them with any necessary steps.
