Legal Warranty

In accordance with current legislation, all products sold on the Website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

The customer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to take action in the event of a lack of conformity.

The legal warranty does not cover:

• Defects or damage resulting from improper use of the product,
• Negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the customer, normal wear and tear of the product.
• In the event of a defect, the customer must contact Flores Food customer service at the following address: oui@floresfood.bio, providing proof of purchase and photos of the product concerned.
