Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of Quinoat
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the Quinoat and melted butter.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Cook small portions of batter on a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
