Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of Quinoat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the Quinoat and melted butter.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Cook small portions of batter on a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
