Quinoat Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 500ml of Quinoat milk
  • 50g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: whipped coconut cream, chocolate shavings, cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the Quinoat milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Add the chopped dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan.
  3. Whisk continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the hot chocolate and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  5. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
  6. Optionally, top each mug with whipped coconut cream, chocolate shavings, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your comforting Quinoat hot chocolate!
