Dairy-free Panna Cotta

Ingredients:
- 33.5 cl Prétexte Cooking Cream
- 33.5 g sugar
- 2/3 vanilla bean or vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Put the Prétexte, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Whisk well to combine.
- Stir well and pour into small bowls. Let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours to set.
- Add strawberry coulis, raspberry coulis, or other fruit just before serving.
- As a variation, you can place the fruit coulis at the bottom of the serving glasses before pouring in the hot mixture.
