Dairy-free Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • 33.5 cl Prétexte Cooking Cream
  • 33.5 g sugar
  • 2/3 vanilla bean or vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Put the Prétexte, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Whisk well to combine.
  3. Stir well and pour into small bowls. Let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours to set.
  4. Add strawberry coulis, raspberry coulis, or other fruit just before serving.
  5. As a variation, you can place the fruit coulis at the bottom of the serving glasses before pouring in the hot mixture.
