Salted Caramel without Butter

Ingredients:

  • 15 sugar cubes
  • 10 cl water
  • 30 g thick Florès Cooking
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons liquid Florès Cooking

Preparation:

  1. Heat the sugar and water over high heat.
  2. Wait for caramelization (dark blond) and remove from heat.
  3. Add 30 g of thick Florès Cooking.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  5. Put back on low heat.
  6. Add 4 tablespoons of liquid Florès Cooking.
  7. Mix well until smooth. Refrigerate.
