Ingredients:
- 15 sugar cubes
- 10 cl water
- 30 g thick Pretexte Cooking
- A pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons liquid Pretexte Cooking
Preparation:
- Heat the sugar and water over high heat.
- Wait for caramelization (dark blond) and remove from heat.
- Add 30 g of thick Pretexte Cooking.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Put back on low heat.
- Add 4 tablespoons of liquid Pretexte Cooking.
- Mix well until smooth. Refrigerate.
