  • 500g of minced meat
  • 1 cup of cooked Quinoat
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Salt, pepper, and spices to taste


  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, Quinoat, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, and spices.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Cook the meatballs in a hot pan until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve the meatballs on a bed of cooked Quinoat.
