Ingredients
2 ripe bananas 180ml of Florès 200g of gluten-free flour (or wheat flour for non-intolerant) 100g of almond powder 70g of coconut sugar ½ packet of baking powder 1 pinch of salt 100g of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas, add the Florès, then incorporate both mixtures to obtain a homogeneous batter. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Pour the mixture, previously oiled, into a 20 cm diameter mold.
- Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
