Creamy Onion Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 250 ml of Quinoat
  • Salt and pepper

Steps:

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and cook them until caramelized.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Quinoat, then season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes before serving.
