Ingredients:
- 4 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 250 ml of Quinoat
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onions and cook them until caramelized.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the Quinoat, then season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes before serving.
