- 1 cup of cooked Quinoat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt, pepper, and spices to taste
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, Quinoat, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, and spices.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs in a hot pan until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs on a bed of cooked Quinoat.
