Ingredients:
- 260g of Quinoat
- 60g of coconut oil
- 70g of powdered sugar
- 130g of rice flour
- 30g of orange blossom water
- 4 eggs
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, Quinoat, coconut oil, and powdered sugar. Heat until it reaches a boil.
- Add the rice flour all at once and stir quickly until a dough ball forms.
- Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Add the orange blossom water and the eggs one by one, mixing well between each addition. If there are any lumps, use an immersion blender to smooth the batter.
- Grease a cake pan and pour the entire batter into it. Use a spatula to level the top.
- Beat one egg and brush it over the top of the cake for a golden finish.
- Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
